Not completely satisfied? You can return your Walking Pad within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To qualify for a full refund:

• Product must be in original condition and original packaging
• All parts and accessories must be included
• Return initiated within 30 days of delivery date
• Product not damaged by customer use

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

We do not refund original shipping costs in these cases:

• Accidental order / Wrong item ordered
• Changed your mind / No longer needed
• Found a better price elsewhere
• Product doesn't fit your needs or space
• Ordered wrong size/color/style
• Product damaged by customer

Note: Accessories (mats, handrails, plugs, remote controls, safety keys) are non-returnable once opened.

Our team will arrange doorstep pickup (IE warehouse orders require appointment)

Step 4: Pack securely

Use original packaging if possible

Step 5: Refund issued

After inspection approval (3-5 business days)
